UK Deliveries

​

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of being received (Monday - Friday).

​

• Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

• For any "made to order" items, please allow 3-4 weeks for despatch.

 

If you need your items sooner, we can arrange Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.  Please contact us and we will try to help - additional charges may apply.

International Deliveries

For international deliveries, please contact us for shipping rates prior to ordering and we will advise how much your parcel will cost.

Please note we are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS POLICY

​

We really hope you love your new purchase but if for some reason you do not, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.

​

Please ensure that items are returned with all the original labels and packaging.  You will be responsible for return postage costs and we recommend that you use a "signed for" delivery method and obtain proof of postage.

​

On receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect the products and issue a full refund where appropriate.  We will not refund the original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or you have received the wrong product.
